Mälardalstrafik is owned by six regions in Stockholm-Mälardalen. The company is governed by regional political representatives of the owner regions through a board of 12 board members and 12 deputy members. Operational activities are the responsibility of an organisation of around 25 employees - the small company with a big mission.
